⥤ Overview

Developing five railway arches near London Bridge to create a series of evening spaces and zones, catering for day-to-night hospitality use. The arches were previously finished to a shell space spec as part of the overall London Bridge development.

⥤ Brief

To create different zones served by a common bar and artisan kitchens, including event spaces with a dancefloor and areas that can accommodate exhibition space for hire for artistic or product launches or else for parties and performances.

⥤ Challenges

A complex design that needed to provide connectivity and separation as required, for ultimate operator flexibility, as well as to work with the existing architectural structures and to optimise volume and create enough visual interest to ensure commercial profitability.
