Work in Mind
New website ‘Work in Mind’ has been launched with the aim of knowledge-sharing and the promotion of positive practice in the creation of well buildings and enhanced wellness in the workplace. We were honoured to be invited to contribute a thought-piece to the initiative’s online launch. align’s Nigel Tresise authored the article, looking closely at the agile working trend to ask if anyone is getting left behind by the latest changes in workplace thinking, whilst esteemed Environmental Psychologist and Workplace Strategist, Dr Nigel Oseland of Work Unlimited told us what the research really says.
