All design provokes an emotional response

Gurvinder Khurana was asked by the BCFA’s Design Insider Live to comment on ‘emotional design’. As well as talking about our Cathay Pacific office project and its incredibly calming interiors scheme, Gurvinder pointed out that all design is emotional – even bad design!
