Birmingham house update

We are watertight at last on site, which is a real bonus bearing in mind the weather I had to face on the way up the M1 last night! Suitably dried out this morning it's now screed time and the site is starting to resemble something like the final scheme. All the various areas are visible in their final configuration and once the floor is screeded, the team are starting on the ceilings next week.
