A concept-only project, helping a leading insurance company based in Tower Hill to market 5,000 sq ft of redundant space to new tenants as an attractive rental package.

To unlock the potential within the lower-ground-floor space for both the client and for potential tenants, overcoming the challenges of the location and the lack of natural light.

A strong and creative lighting scheme overcame the problem of lack of natural light, whilst the proposed furniture and finishes in the interior design concept revealed how attractive the space could be, allowing it to be marketed to its maximum rental capacity.
