Marketform has been providing underwriting solutions for more than two decades, from offices spread over five floors of a City building. When their lease came to an end, align worked with Interactive Space to evaluate the best solutions for the company, finding the perfect location in the form of a single storey, 22,000 sq ft space in Gracechurch Street.

To take the opportunity of working on a single storey to unify and interconnect the business as never before, promoting agile working and allowing for new dedicated spaces for brokers to receive guests at short notice.

A lot of thought went into the space-planning to ensure that different parts of the business could be integrated in the most effective way possible for all 200 staff and to meet the requirement to create an environment that is both modern and calming.
