⥤ Overview

The extensive reconfiguration of a Grade II-listed Ground floor flat for a Middle Eastern Family on London’s Grosvenor Square.

⥤ Brief

We were asked to retain a number of existing features, but, in balance, to create a flat with a more contemporary feel.

⥤ Challenges

Whilst the existing apartment held nearly 30 years of memories for the family, it was badly laid out with, for example, stepped entrances in the bathrooms to allow for under floor services making flow awkward throughout – one of many aspects to be resolved.
