⥤ Overview

Upon the completion of the L43 East project, we were invited to design further expansion space for the client’s team currently located on the floor below. This project was focussed around creating flexible workspace neighbourhoods that could support the business as it transitioned back to a more heavily utilised office culture.   

⥤ Brief

Being more operationally focussed, this project was about creating the right mix of workplace settings that could support the business moving forward, whilst staying faithful to the original design language but still introducing a number of key design interventions to give the space its own personality.

⥤ Challenges

The linear format of the floorplate introduced interesting mixes of Feng Shui influences that needed to be incorporated within the office environment but not over-power the consistent design language. This was achieved by using consistent architectural elements but tailoring the materials and finishes across the different Feng Shui zones.
